Oculeus-Protect protects telephony voice communication channels against unwanted fraudulent calls injected by fraudsters. This is achieved by controlling and monitoring the signaling information of every call with the Oculeus® Anti-Fraud Call-Controller in conjunction with our award winning Telecom Anti-Fraud System.
All services are cloud-based and run in geo-redundancy eliminating any downtime. Whenever the service recognizes unexpected and unwanted calls not being part of the own calling behavior it will immediately stop these via the Call-Controller. The Call-Controller can drop ongoing calls and block call attempts.
The service will not have an impact on regular calling and it will not be noticed during operation as the average impact per call on checking these is 2-10 milliseconds.
The service applies artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep analytics to ensure smart operations, allowing regular communication to run while the service blocks fraudulent calls and attempts.
The service comes with a web-based user interface that allows users to check the company’s calling behavior and protection state.
The web-based interface allows users to easily monitor the own company/office calling activities through online reports and graphics.
The call overview lists the calls done.
